I live my life online. A citizen of the screens. My existence is expressed through phone, tablet, laptop and digital camera. Black plastic machines the contain all my life and worth. Silicon, lithium and a bunch of other materials I don’t know the name of. A prison of my own creation.
Then the plague came. My isolation became the norm. Everyone joined me online. We became one in our loneliness. Electronic ostriches, heads stuck in the cloud.
I will never meet the people reading this. They will never find me. Living alone in the Big Yellow Truck, somewhere in America.
