June 16 - Luggage Store
The plans all fell apart, so here we are starting all over again. After a long time I got back on stage. It went OK. The material was good, but the stage rust was evident. It was good to see people again, and good to see so many funny new people. My routine revolves around my job, but I exaggerated to much. I'm not sure the audience believed what i was saying. I didn't.

June 30 - Luggage Store
One of the best sets I ever had. It was one of those rare occasions where you feel great, your full of energy, and you just can't wait to get up there and share your material with the audience. And it was great! I had so much fun! I forgot half of what I wanted to say, but filled 8 minutes anyway. (Sorry Tony, I'll keep to five next time.) The real test for me are the ad-libs, and tonight they were coming non-stop. The audience was great tonight. Not just for me, but for the other comedians as well. And there were many funny comedians! I went up 18th and there were still people there. And they were still paying attention. I love it!

So now the exciting part. I think I can do this again. Before my set I was worried because I hadn't worked through the new material. Suddenly I realized that I was pacing back and forth, and it was energizing me. By the start of my set I was all hyped up. My energy was over the top. I was having so much fun, it didn't really matter what I was talking about. This is exciting to me because over the past several months I have had a low energy problem. I've tried various ways to get artificial energy going, but with only limited success. Hopefully I can channel my energy through pacing on a regular basis. If I can, I may actually have a shot at a career.
