- Great show tonight. I was the weak point. I hadn't performed in several weeks,
so I was really tight on stage. Everyone else though was great. The owner was very
happy. My wife came to the show and actually laughed at all the comedians. Those
of you who comedians who are married know what a rare happening this is. I'm feeling
good about my ability to put on a good show. I wish I had another venue because I have
three dozen comedians asking for only four spots a month. I just can't fit everyone in.

- Had a fun set. Big energy. Good flow. Didn't connect with the audience as well as
I could have. Had a few interesting conversations about careers and stuff. I keep coming
back to the theme of trying to do what I think I'm supposed to do, rather than doing what
I want to do. Some times I think I want fame for the wrong reasons. I seem to be looking
for approval from audiences, rather than trying to share with the audience the things
that crack me up.

- Had a great set tonight. Several people told me so. Cute women touched me and told me
so. Fortunately I was able to not do most of the material I had planned to do. The two
acts before me both covered subjects that I was able to use as intros to some of my own
stuff, and pulled out a few ad-libs. Still looking off to the left too much.
